The dealer told me when we came in looking for used cars that I needed to get a new one so we would not have to worry about costly repairs - and that the new car would have a warranty. 8 months after I got the new car, the blower motor went out. After waiting two or three days for them to get the right part in to fix it, they fixed it under warranty. It took them 15 minutes to repair it. But they never gave us any paper work to show what they did or if it was going to be warrantied. 8 months later it is out again.

The car is a 15 months old new car with no problems, right.

Now the warranty is out because it is over 60,000 miles. Dealer refuses to fix and wants to charge me 130.00 dollars just to diagnosis it when they already know what's wrong with it before they even tell me what it will cost me to fix. It was 30 degrees in Texas this morning and we had to stop three times on the way to work to clear the windshield just to safely make it to work, and my children had to warm up blankets in dryer before we left to stay warm.

A new car, no problems, right.

How many people have had to replace a blower motor on their car and more than once? This is ridiculous! I have filed several complaints even emailed James Bell at corporate who said he would forward it to consumer affairs. Still no response. I would not recommend Kia dealership in Tyler Texas to anyone - very poor service from sales to service department. Wimps can't even call back!!!!!
