Deland KIA Sales manager John is very high pressure and has little respect for elders or veterans. Buyer beware at this dealership which has the worst BBB rating in the area. Everything they promise is free and take only true when you perform all the scheduled maintenance that is called out in the owners maintenance manual. If your a senior be careful and don't go there along. You'll be sorry! Unfair business practices.
