Purchased a new car from KIA Car Pros Huntington Beach Ca. March 2013

Car got a small dent in parking lot. Filed a claim to get fixed. Gustafson Brothers auto body ordered a new bumper. Upon installing the bumper they thought they got the wrong color. Oh no, they did not.

Called Kia Car Pros and explained the problem to manager Marjan. Never called back. Two days later when I called, he was like, oh I've been busy and I forgot to look in to it. Really how many cars do they sell that have two different colors. Now I have to say, it's really hard to tell the difference unless you are in a large area like a body shop. Kudos to the body shop for seeing the difference. It seems when this car went through the factory paint, the lower half of the car got painted with a black metallic black and the rest of the car just black.

Kia area manager has come to see the car and agreed it was painted two different colors. The cost to fix the problem is $3800.00 to paint the car just one color. Kia says no, they will only paint the bottom half? Kia not standing by their factory paint job.

Looking for a attorney, this could be class action suit. I do not think we own the only two tone black car painted that day.
