Consumer was traveling about 70mph on highway and heard a noise coming from rear of vehicle. She was able to pull over to shoulders. Left rear tire was flat. In second incident left rear tire tread saparted from vehicle. Tires are kumho, P215/70R15* dealership is aware of problem.
