The contact owns a 2004 Kia Sedona. While driving 45 mph, the front driver's side window shattered into pieces. The contact's arm was injured from the glass and a police report was filed. She stated that the window was partially rolled down prior to the failure and nothing struck the glass. The vehicle has not been taken to the dealer and the manufacturer was not notified. The cause of the failure has not been determined. The failure mileage was 79,460.
