The contact owns a 2012 Kia Sedona. The contact stated that the power sliding doors would not open or close and were extremely difficult to manually open or close. In addition, the rear cameras were not functioning. The dealer lubricated the cameras, but indicated that the part was on back order. The failure recurred and the doors failed to open and close properly both electronically and manually. While driving, the doors opened more than once. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 35,000.
