The stow and go seats in the back row have handles on the back of them to assist with stowing them away and lifting them up. Within 2 years of buying the car, one of the handles broke. Also, near the same time, a seat in the second row had the handle break as we tried to lift it up to allow access to the third row.
Main point is that there are many cheap parts to this Kia Sedona 2016, and they break often. Sometimes they are worth bringing in to get fixed, but when it happens so often sometimes you just live with it.
