Keyless entry will not start car unless you plug it into glove box after battery change on remotes. Doors will not lock as there are no key holes to put regular key that comes with remote just push buttons on door handle. Leaving vehicle open to anyone how passes by. Went to local kia dealer ship Warner asked for solution while I was getting another car serviced. Acted like I was an idiot and didn't know how to put battery in remote. Wants to charge me to reprogram remote that should be an easy fix. 3rd vehicle I've bought there will be my last. Poor service department, no help to what Was a loyal customer.
