windows fog up when heater turned on-steam comes from vents

Problem occurred at traffic light in city traffic - was unable to see out of windows. had to roll windows down and wipe inside of windshield until I could pull over. took to KIA dealer in Anchorage - told me there was no problem. Sent me home (200miles away) problem occurred in city 150 miles from anchorage and 65 miles from my home. KIA suggests I now drive back to anchorage in vehicle to have them keep vehicle overnight to see if there is a problem. Problem has worsened and now heater does not work at all. THis is in Alaska by the way where we REALLY need heaters in our cars!!
