Good thing we have free speech because the words I have to say about this garbage, yet paying good hard earned money each month for it has me irritated to put it nicely! Starts a few months back when without any warning, my steering and turning gets difficult and stiff. Thinking oh, well, it'll get corrected, sure it's something glitchy and minor. Nope.... this piece of crap has traction control light displayed that won't turn off, the steering wheel and exclamation mark light on, and power steering that'll have your arms detaching themselves from your shoulders because of the strength it takes to turn this thing.
I called dealership, but before I can get much of what I needed to tell them out of my mouth, I'm getting the service department on defense and leaving me to feel as if I did something to cause this. If attempting to turn my traction control button off is potentially warranty voiding or finger pointing then no telling what they'll try to charge you unjustly.
Once before with another issue, my service department had my car in the shop and gave me a ridiculous bill that wasn't fair. Needless and unfortunate I am having to say this, but I have 0% trust in my service department and how they do business. Therefore, I've just had to deal with this power steering, among other failures in other areas I haven't mentioned here. Basically, I'm left pretty hopeless. Especially feel this way due to not being able to work and earn money again until just recently starting a new job a couple months back. It's a pretty sucky spot to be in with such a fairly new car that's a 2019.
