Sportage LX 2.4L

So last time the dealer had my car in to fix another problem they did an upgrade on the UVO by microsoft radio, WHich sucks by the way. After they did this my "media" button is failing to work. It is supposed to automatically link to my phone so I can hear my songs on it. So now they have to wait for engineers at Kia to call them back to see if they can fix it or replace the radio. Really you have to get permission. Just fix it !!!!! We will see what happens on Monday. I am so tired of KIA.
