My Kia Sportage 2018 presented a problem of humidity in the headlights (water inside) after each wash, I took it to the agency for review and they mentioned that it is a normal condition due to the LED temperatures. They proceeded to change them as a guarantee, and the same day that they changed the two headlights, one of them presented the same problem of water humidity inside the light housing.
They continue to say that it is a normal condition where I request a test with another vehicle to make the same defect, since as they say it is a normal condition, so it must be presented in another vehicle, but they have never done the test and they neglected the problem.
Until now, I have not received any input from Dealer neither KIA Customer care about the issue. In fact, they don't answer my calls.
