problem #2

Dec 272019

Stinger GT2 3.3L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 18,800 miles

I have to return the vehicle to the dealer once again for a cylinder misfire. As reported earlier, I had it serviced for cylinder 2 misfire and the dealer replaced the coil and plug. A month and a half later, the issue has returned and now I see codes for a cylinder 6 misfire as well.

On-board diagnostics couldn't identify the issue. I used a code scanner to find that it had a misfire in cylinder 2.
