Bought brand new 2012 Lexus CT200h from Westside Lexus.
The Hybrid battery died after warranty finished i.e. in June 2021. Requested dealership to help on the issue but they never did. Got diagnostic from Auto zone and clear choice Lexus certified dealership that battery needs replacement for FREE. When I went to Lexus they said diagnostic needs to be done and just to diagnose is $250.00 OH WELL, they DONT give the info over Phone.
So got the diagnostic and they also said needs battery replacement like autozone (who did for free).
So I asked for new battery replacement price, and they quoted me $5350.00
PHEW.
Seems like all I SAVED on GAS ended up PAYING at ONE SHOT on BATTERY.
Very bad service. Extremely dissatisfied customer.
