The contact owns a 2010 Lexus ES350 equipped with yokohama tires. Size 245/40/R18. The contact stated that while driving 35 mph over a road damage, the tire exploded. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection and they replaced the tire. The contact stated that the failure recurred on two additional tires. The failure mileage of the tire and the vehicle was 6,000.
