GS 350 V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 115,000 miles

Only 115,000 miles and engine started smoking and stopped.

My 2007 GS350 with only 115,000 miles, engine collapsed while driving on I-75 at 200 mile mark on 07/13/2022. Towed to a local mechanic and they reported that unusual premature sealed engine timing chain broke. I contacted the Lexus dealership and the mechanic said it is a premature engine collapse and advised me to contact Lexus Corporate Office in Plano, TX. On 8/1/ 22 I called 8002553987/4692924000 and talked to HAROLD WRIGHT. He advised me to tow it to Wild Lexus of Sarasota with a Case No. 220801000368. Sarasota Lexus said, if Corporate advise, either we will fix it or trade in with another one. But upon contacting the Corporate, they never came with a solution and upon calling them again, they blocked my phone number. I sent 1 email and 3 other regular letters to three different corporate officers and none of them responded until today. I called Sarasota dealership several times and they didn't do any help. Once they send an email stating, my vehicle is still with them.

Once I had a recall notice to fix it and they did some work on it. Still its engine failed at a low mile. Lexus is responsible to fix it. Recently upon contacting the dealership, they said it is towed away without informing me either by email, or telephoning. I am a very helpless senior citizen and I do not know where my vehicle is now. Urgently I need your intervention please.

Blessings, Pastor George
