The ars light comes on and will not go off, was advised that Lexus no longer makes this part so I can not get it fixed this was a part of a previous campaign recall but I am still having the issue

I bought my car since 2007 on Feb, have no idea why the passenger seat belt always off when my girlfriend sitting in my car. I did bring it back to Lexus but they said no problem......the past 3 and a half years I don't feel comfortable to let my family sitting in my car cause I don't know what going on with the passenger seat belt sign.
