Takata recall - my car Is supposedly affected by the recall, but the recall will not actually show up in the system- it sounds like it only happens in 2019 - which Is greater than 6 years after the car was put in service. I am concerned about the safety of my passengers and loss of value to the car. Additionally, the car Is currently in pa but will be moving to warmer weather climate and this will cause the degradation to happen more rapidly. Lexus reports there are no issues, which Is not true according to their own website.

Takata recall. It has been 12 months since we were notified of this recall, and the dealership has yet to have a remedy available, with no possible date in sight. We do not feel safe driving the vehicle and cannot accommodate passengers. This is not a timely remedy.

Takata recall in June 2016 I received a letter notifying me that my passenger airbag was on recall for being dangerous & harmful if inflated and to not have any front seat passengers in my vehicle. To date, there hasn't been a fix for the recall which has been going on 8 months now. I am very upset that this issue hasn't been resolved. No one has checked on my vehicle nor offered a loaner. I recently took my car in for service & a rental car option was mentioned. That isn't acceptable when I'm paying a car note for a vehicle to which I can not fully use. I have a disabled parent who I care for & it's not comfortable for her to ride in the back seat. The backseat of the IS250 is tight & more comfortable for kids not adults. I am her sole care taker and this inconvenient issue as Lexus explains it, is not acceptable. At this point I do not believe that Lexus or the manufacturer are trying to come up with a fix or replacement because the vehicle is an older model. If that is the case, then Lexus needs to either replace or buy back these vehicles.

NHTSA recall # 16V-340 I was informed in writing over 6 months ago. Nothing further has happened since. The air bags should be replaced immediately if defective! I'm filing a complaint that Lexus Is taking too long. Based on attached screenshot, their excuse Is: "recall status: Recall incomplete. Remedy not yet available" not acceptable.

Takata recall. This recall Is taking too long and there Is no resolution date proposed. I am trying to trade-in or sell my vehicle and receive offers $4000 or more less then kbb value. I don't want to use the vehicle especially with a front seat passenger. The rear seats are not convenient in the is250C model as it Is a two door and the rear seats offer a cramped space for passengers.

Takata recall according to safercar.gov, there has been an airbag recall (#16V340) since 5/23/16 with no remedy. What can be done to get this expedited as this has been very inconvenient for me? I drive this vehicle everyday as it is my sole means of transportation.
