The contact owns a 2016 Lexus Nx200T. While driving at highway speeds, the sun roof shattered. The failure occurred within 30 days of owning the vehicle. The dealer (koons Lexus of wilmington, 2100 Pennsylvania ave, wilmington, de 19806, (302) 427-4400) replaced the sun roof. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. There was no service campaign or recall to provide a solution. The VIN and failure mileage were not available.
