I bought two brand new tires for my 2007 Lexus 400H, and both blew out within a month of each other, after driving less than 2000K on them. This has to be a defect with the tire. I have never had tires blow out like this. The top layer peels off from the under layers. I called the company I purchased them from to let them know there is a real safety issue with these tires and they did not care to listen. The first incident happened on 9/05/2011 and the second incident happened 10/15/2011.
