after many complaints over 9 month and 2 attempts from the dealer the manufacturer explained they cannot fix this problem. If this is the case then I have to say that Lexus should close their doors.
When you call them they having a trained receptionist taking a phsycologiacal aproach to you to make you believe that your problem is not so bad and sometimes they will get to it. I have only one question why don't they train technicans to fix problems???
