The instrument panel could not be seen by the driver because of the suns reflection on the dashboard. Ph the consumer notified the dealer several times in a letter about not being able to read the speedometer in the sun light. Since October 2002 they have 3669 miles on the speedometer. The consumer feels unsafe in driving the vehicle and Ford needs to let the consumers know that this problem can't be fixed before serious damages occurs. The consumer was required to wear sunglasses that will shield his eyes from glare, so when he wore them he as unable to read the speedometer.
