The contact owns a 2014 Lincoln Mkt. While operating the vehicle, the radio climate temperature control panel randomly activated and erroneously change modes. The failure prevented the front windshield from being defrosted. The vehicle was taken to South hills Lincoln (2760 Washington rd, pittsburgh, pa), but the cause of the failure could not be determined. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and did not assist. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was 45,000.
