The heated seat on the pasenger side has never worked properly. It works intermittently at best and at very low heat. We've had it investigated at two Ford/Lincoln dealers now and they both claim the seat works within "specifications". In addition the backup camera and the passenger side blind spot indicators work intermittently. They work better when it is warm outside (above freezing) and hardly at all when it is cold (below freezing). We believe there is a problem with the computer system in the vehicle. We have a Ford of Canada extended warranty, but neither dealership has pushed to have these problems fixed, We'll be selling this vehicle before the warranty expires, and will likely never buy another one. Very dissatisfied with Ford right now.
