It was raining on my home from work turn on the wiper to a constant speed not the max speed and it seem like they slipping on the window. it got to the point where when they go all the way down it seem like they hit each other. I may order a used wiper transmission and motor online and see if that if it. I also notice when I replace the wiper blade that my passenger side wiper is loose. I tighten the bolt all the way and still loose. I also notice Ford Fusion have that problem where the passenger wiper arm loose
