The contact owns a 2014 Lincoln Mkz. While driving approximately 15 mph, the rear driver?S side latch failed and caused the door to open. The contact also stated that the latch on the rear passenger side door failed. The vehicle was taken to Lincoln of memphis (2611 ridge way road, memphis, tn 38119, (90)1-432-8822) where it was diagnosed that the rear driver"S side latch needed to be replaced. The rear driver"S door latch was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and provided case number: 24331533. The failure mileage was 99,795.

The contact owns a 2014 Lincoln Mkz. The contact stated that the door latches were inoperable. The failure occurred twice. The first failure occurred on the rear driver's side door. Fiesta Lincoln (1720 S mesa dr, mesa, AZ 85210, (480) 813-4900) was contacted, but would not repair the vehicle because it was not under warranty or included in a recall. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 50,000.
