The contact owns a 2014 Lincoln MKZ. The contact stated while driving approximately 30 MPH, the brake pedal was depressed but went to the floorboard. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the failure was related to NHTSA Campaign Number 22V011000 (Service Brakes, Hydraulics) for which the VIN was included. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
