buzzing and creaking sound from rear passenger side

Purchased New 2016 Quattroporte August 2016. In November 2016 began hearing an almost constant BUZZING Sound and Creaking Sound (almost persistent and endless) from the Rear Passenger Door Area. Interestingly when the Power Door Locks are Unlocked, the Buzzing Stops Almost Entirely. The Creaking Sound Continues and may be a separate issue (not sure) of leather seats not properly installed. However the buzzing almost sounds like there's a soda can inside the rear passenger door. The Car has been to 2 Separate Maserati Ferrari Dealers who of course "could not duplicate" the problem. I have audio videos from my smart phone showing and hearing this incredibly annoying problem that has totally taken the pleasure out of driving the car and I am not prepared (after the car has been in service almost 30 days in 6 months) to file LEMON LAW PAPERS. Anyone else have any similar issues?
