brake failure brake failure brake failure brake failure brake failure brake failure

I was driving out the car wash and my car accelerated and my brakes just locked. I lost control because I couldn't stop my car. I was able to steer my car away from traffic and ended up on dirt road near the car wash hitting their sandwich sign. I didn't want to enter another road which lead to town homes so instead hit a utility pole so hard I was unconscious. The next thing I knew, I heard voices of firemen, EMTs trying to talk to me. I have injuries to my chest so bad. I hurt so much its hard to take deep breaths. I have injuries to my back of my shoulders, collarbone. My insurance adjuster refused to help me resolve the issue that this was a brake malfunction. All she wants to do is pay the loan, the utility pole, the car wash sign and give me $800. I've paid my loan. No one ever mention there was anything wrong with the brakes. I went online and seen my car had brake problems. She doesn't want to do the investigation.
