The contact owns a 2005 Mazda MPV. The contact stated that the air conditioner system improperly distributes air. As a consequence, an excessive amount of air or heat was circulated throughout the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, and a technician was in the process of replacing the fan control module at an expense of $150. The manufacturer was notified, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was 70,000 and the current mileage was 71,000.
