I was very concerned that this has occurred during driving. I was attempting to accelerate and the pedal just did not give any gas. Today, while attempting to head out from home, the pedal was again being difficult giving the engine no gas nearly chocking off the engine. I removed the cover from the throttle body (I guess that the name) and forced the spring to release, allowing for the pedal to function.

This complaint isn't truly about this problem with vehicle, I was browsing complaints/recalls, And on a 2007 sprinter van there were 3 complaints of "limp In" mode, and NTHSB rated this problem as VERY SIGNIFICANT. BUT, there are 2 pages of complaints about accelerator pedal sticking, getting stuck, and NTHSB rates it as "hardly worth mentioning".............. Who is the gEnIuS that came up with that!
