flasher arm not staying on when flashing to the right

This flasher arm was not holding its position while flashing to the right. To me this sounds like a safety issue. I called Mercedes Dealer and no question to be supported. This is not a safety issue to Mercedes Benz! I bought the part and did the part replacement on my own! If you have this problem, feel free to get in touch, I'll help you as much as possible.
