C250 Coupe 2.8L

  • Automatic transmission

I had a noticeable amount of coolant disappearing, not leaking out of vehicle. Car stalled while driving. Never started again. I took it to a euro mechanic and he noticed my oil was very full and the consistency of water. They stopped there. Charged me 0 dollars and suspected the motor block was cracked. They said they see it all the time.

I called Mercedes two different times - they said a cracked block is highly unlikely. Probably my oil cooler had failed and seal is warped. Took in for 2nd opinion at Mercedes dealership. 400 dollars for them to tell me there was rust in my engine. Never told me what the problem was or what caused it. I sold the car for 1700 and will never buy a Mercedes again. There were so many unsavory things about this car. The interior didn't hold up anywhere. Had weird electrical glitches, ignition problems. And nobody will touch them except the brave, or very smart. And there is not a abundance of them around.

Mercedes - Benz should be ashamed of itself for putting out such a terrible product. The worst thing about this is we expect this from a cheaper priced car company. We buy MB for the quality and the years of great driving

we expect to get. When in reality we are just getting an over priced Kia.

This was my first MB and you can bet it will be my last. I realize this may be only this model but even to put this model out for sale, just shows me, they will do anything for the all mighty dollar.

When I was a kid I looked at the MB as I will work very hard to get one, some day. That day came and 55,300

miles later my happy day came to an end when my C250 2012 left me on the side of the rode, with no warning.

As I started this note off, Mercedes - Benz should be ashamed!!!!!!! Over priced KIA
