! I AM CHEATED BY MERCEDES BENZ ! Dear Sir, I had never imagined in my dreams that I have to write a mail to the esteem company Mercedes Benz for complains/problem I am facing. It takes years to build a reputation and confidence in customers and it’s visible in your company. we all face problems but the winners are those who solve the problem but to my shock your concern staff is aggravating the situation from day to day. I am sure your good office believe in delivering the best to customers that’s why as a unsatisfied customer I am putting my genuine feelings and do the best of the abilities you all can do, and keep the reputation which is build by your company. I decided to go for e 250 Cdi by assuming that I am buying the safest car for me. But my dreams are shattered : try to put yourself in situation I am putting down. a) I had booked e250 Cdi, silver colour, automatic on 05th march 2015, from metro motors auto hangar division, Mumbai, while paying the initial booking amount we asked Mr. Kaizad (sales manger auto hanger) which year month/model he is giving to us, he said November or December 2015 mfg. b) On Performa they have mentioned only e-250 Cdi, we have received the sales contract, in sales contract they have mentioned model e-250d, year of mfg 2015, my16, colour silver, upholstery black, transmission a/t we have signed the sales contracts and send back to metro motors auto hangar division, they have not offered us test drive, they have not given us broachers, they have not explained the features of car, whenever we asked for the look on the vehicle, he ignored & we could not understand his inability. c) We have given the financial documents, we received a mail from Mr. Kaizad (sales manager, auto hangar), that your car chassis no is wdd2120036l051727 (he is not writhen the full chassis no) because the full chassis no's having manufacturing month and year. we have paid the balance payment on 19th march 2016, d) Got delivery of same on 28th march 2015 - around 5 pm at Pune Rto by auto hanger(I) pvt ltd, huges road, Mumbai(metro motors-auto hangar division) on Monday, on receiving the car we have observed that the vehicle is not same as what we have seen/booked, the car is not having Gps navigation, reverse camera, Harman speakers. e) Later we driven the vehicle from Pune to Udaipur, after driving approx 700 Kms observed that the front right and rear right side tire worn-out completely, the speakers in the vehicle are not working properly and the cracking sound comes from speaker. further we observed a serious thing, the metro motors auto hangar has delivered us April - 2015 car instead of nov/dec-2015 as committed by Mr. Kaizad (sales manager auto hangar), the car was not checked properly, they have not informed us that they are giving us old stock car, we received faulty car with defective parts, in entire dealing Mr. Kaizad Bharda, product manager of metro motors auto hangar division never told us that he will giving us old stock (march/april-15) car, f) The metro motors auto hangar has picked up the car for car complaints, they took 14 days to get ready the vehicle, still the problem not rectified, still car tires is wearing Was forced to think- that all people had done a conspiracy to hand over a faulty car , I feel cheated!! I was in a shock, how a company like Mercedes can deliver the faulty car Above that no service and no proper communication about car. I am requesting you to all, to take a stiff action and rebuild the confidence. Otherwise I can think of following options: 1) REPLACE THE CAR. 2) REFUND MY MONEY INCLUDING OCTROI, REGISTERATION AND INSSURANCE. I completely cheated by a repute brand like Mercedes Benz.
