It appears that the unit body construction is coming apart. While driving the cracking noise is so loud no conversation is possible within the car. It appears to come from the sunroof, but sunroof itself is operating correctly.

I have inspected the sunroof, while open or closed does not seem the have a problem. The sound is incredible loud. And it really feels part of the body is coming apart. Otherwise the car handles normally.
