The contact owns a 1999 Mercedes E320. The contact stated that while driving approximately 20 mph, an abnormal noise was coming from the front driver's side of the vehicle. The contact indicated that after inspecting the vehicle, the front driver side appeared to be lowered. After taking the front driver side wheel off the contact discovered that the wheel well was corroded and the suspension was damaged. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 190,000.
