Car dies on side of freeway in 100 degree weather and they want me to wait for tow truck. Service people are clueless and tell me to enjoy our loaner, which is smaller and less horse power. Brand new car, have had only two months and they don't know how long it will take to fix. Also, their web site does not even let you email them.
