The contact owns a 2006 Mercedes Benz E350. The contact was driving 70 mph when the passenger side front coil spring fractured. The front of the vehicle dropped and the contact had to merge onto the shoulder. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who replaced both front coil springs. The manufacturer was notified and offered no assistance. The failure mileage was 92,303. Updated 10/12/11 the consumer stated the rear coil spring failed as well. Updated 02/03/12
