I bought this car at end of June, dealership never disclosed information that car had an active recall-€¦ I looked it up on NHTSA and sure enough I need a SIM card for emergency service, the site says it will be done over the air wave, I brought it to the Delray Beach Fla dealership who told me they couldn-€™t update it and had no idea when and how this recall will be handled. I have called the Nhtsa # every day for 2 weeks, no one ever answers the phone, I have left numerous messages, but no call backs, please advise me when and how this recall will be done " I have the Nhtsa app and there is no information from anyone anywhere, very inconvenient for me to leave car at dealership for 5 hours and have them tell me not only that they can-€™t fix the recall but they have no idea when or how it will be done.. The website states that if it cannot be done via airwave that the dealership will update but no one seems to have an answer??" So I just spent 35,000 on a car that I can-€™t use for the purpose I purchased it for and no answer, please advise when and how this recall will be handled.

While driving at various speeds, my car suddenly and without warning goes into neutral. I have to them switch it into drive. It happens several times during a drive and at varying times and varying speeds.
