It seems like this piston defect is widespread with this M274 engine. I have read some customers have received help from Mercedes and some have not. I am interested in polling this forum to see if someone can assist me in seeking financial help from Mercedes. I have reported to the office of defects - national highway traffic safety administration. What else can I do?
