The contact owns a 2018 Mercedes-Benz Glc300. The contact stated that the windshield wiper blades were not functioning properly and the manufacturer failed to provide a remedy. Mercedes-Benz of fort myers (15461 S tammany trail, fort myers, fl 33908, (800) 351-7403) replaced the windshield wipers four times, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failure several times. The failure mileage was available. Consumer stated this is a "dangerous condition" especially in the dark. Failure milage and failure speeds were noted as all.
