The navigation system work intermittently, for example I can try to enter the address and the address I am trying to enter is not even in the system to include streets, cities etc. The service guy at Valencia Mercedes Benz Ryan continues to say there is nothing wrong even after he personally saw that the system would not accept an address, his fix is just use your phone. Well the navigation system does not and should not work that way.
