My 2009 Mercury Mariner's tranny slips when going from 2nd the 3rd at a normal pace. Moderate, wide open with the pedal to the medal, going really slowly, it shifts fine. It also makes a slipping sound when going from 3rd to 4th gear. And it's slow going into reverse. The fluid is nice and clean looking, and only has 164k on it.
