My tool light came on and I lost all acceleration in mid traffic which was very scary. thankful I didn't get hit by another vehicle. And Yesterday the same thing happen except this time my check the engine light came on and when I turned my car off and back on it he engine light did not go off and my car still won't accelerate when I press on the gas. I called ford customer service and was told there is no recall or customer service satisfaction program warranties issued for my vehicle. When clearly my vehicle throttle body has gone out like the rest of the vehicles with this same problem made by ford. I am a single parent with 1 car and have to get to and from work.
