Sliding door panel falls off, there is a spot on the door, and if one touches it the door pops open. Also tires are bald, and air bag light flashes.

Tires have gone bald BY16000 miles one showing steel belting. Company claims it's the front wheel drive & should have rotated at 6000 miles, refusing to warranty. I never heard of rotating tires before 20,000 miles. Then why are the rear tires bad too? thank you.( dot number: 024005 tire size: P205/75R15 )
