It is going to be my first and last MINI. I love the car, I can't say the same for the Company. They are great at telling you how much MINI owners love their cars but what they won't tell you is that they will stick it to you every chance they get. I guess just as I have become aware of this it will only be a matter of time that everyone will now this. I guess I will miss my MINI when they go out of business. It is unfortunate that a company such as BMW which prides itself on customer service will deliver none.

My problem was with the timing belt and components. It gave me funny sounds on and off but whenever I took it in it never acted up then. Now that I am two months past my extended 6 year, 160 000 km warranty with only 90 000 kms on the car, I called them to repair the problem on good will.

THEY HAVE NO GOOD WILL, so please report all problems while you are still under warranty. I even advised of a TSB on the timing belt and their Claim Manager - Emily advised me that there is no TSB. It took me three seconds to find it on this website and I can also see there is a lawsuit for the same.

Definitely not a happy MINI camper.
