The contact owns a 2011 Mitsubishi Endeavor. While driving various speeds, the defrost failed to operate. A local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the HVAC control module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The VIN and failure mileage were unknown.
