Locks stopped working 1 year after purchasing my vehicle, the drivers side front and bank locks stopped working first then the passenger side front door lock stopped working

The contact called Ford of port richey at (727) 478-0975 (located at 10715 us-19, port richey, fl 34668) where the dealer stated that no recall was associated with the VIN. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact referenced NHTSA campaign number: 17V609000 (electrical system). The manufacturer was notified and stated that there was no recall associated with the VIN; however, a free diagnostic offer would be mailed. The approximate failure mileage was 12,000.

Later, when the ignition was turned to the on position, the vehicle hesitated to start. The failures recurred numerous times. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, but the failures could not be duplicated. The contact later noticed that the electrical system malfunctioned. The manufacturer was made aware of the failures.
