370Z Sport Touring 3.2L V6

Love the car, but have gotten stranded 3 times where the convertible top won't go up or down. Gets stuck some where in the middle. Can't drive the car. Can't tow the car or the wind will catch the top and rip it off. Happened at 2000 miles, again around 12000 again at 19500 miles. Dealer says its a bad wiring harness. Instead of replacing the harness they patch it and it fails again. Now I am out of warranty (3yrs). Do have extended warranty but not sure it will cover it. Totally frustrated and face with decision about selling car since it has become so unreliable,

I otherwise love the car but can't rely on it.
