While driving at 30mph sidewall started to crack, causing consumer to lose steering control. Firehawk, dotw2T2vf3319, size unknown. Consumer received recall notice however each attempt to have recall performed failed, stating that tires were not in stock. Finally front passenger side tire blew out.
